What happens if I am involved in an accident?

We will sympathise / advise and talk you through the detailed process that we as an experienced crash repairer have to fulfill with you and your insurance company;

We TOW your car to our garage free of charge and appoint an engineer at the earliest convenience. We shall compile and estimate or quotation within 1 hour, of the car arriving on our premises. We will agree figures with the engineer / insurance agent;

While your car is being repaired, we will give you a free replacement car.

We shall keep you updated on a daily basis if requested, the status of your claim. On completion of the repairs, we valet your car inside and out free.

We settle all bills directly with all insurance companies other than your policy excess! We will advise and talk you though the detailed process that we as an experienced crash repairer have to adhere to.

To initiate or speed up your claim you will be required to forward the following:

A COMPLETE ACCIDENT CLAIM FORM!

What if my car is stolen?

If your car is stolen you will need a Garda report form stamped and completed at the garda station and a completed claim form. We will suplly you with a replacement for up to 5 days.

If the car has not been recovered after 14 days time, we shall notify your insurance company and the garda, in order to complete your claim.

What happens if your car is beyond economical repair?

An engineer will inspect the damage sustained to your car with the intention of putting a market evaluation prior to the accident, having taken into consideration the condition and mileage of your car.

The engineer may arrange for a salvage price for your vehicle, from three salvage dealers, in order to maximum your claim.

To speed up your claim you will be required to forward the following:

A complete accident form!

Any witness report!

Q: Are insurance companies pressuring me to do what they say?

Q: Have they the right under the competions authority?

Q: Can they force me?

Q: What is the approved repairer?

Q: Can I get a second opinion?

A: If your insurance pressure you, notify the competion authority because they do not have the right to

A: No they cannot force you.

A: No, your decision to run with a non panel repairer will not affect your claim.

A: An approved repairer is a company that has signed up too cheap rates and the only person to lose out is yourself!

A: Always get a second opinion.
